Terms & Conditions starjoker
This document governs the rights and obligations between starjoker and every user who accesses or uses the platform's services. Please read all of these terms carefully before registering an account or using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using starjoker services in any form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the starjoker platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and starjoker as the service provider. Continued use of the platform's services after an update to these terms will be considered acceptance of the changes that have been made.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement in accordance with the laws applicable in your region of residence in Indonesia.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the starjoker platform. Registering more than one account by the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Indonesian phone number, and a valid email address. False or misleading information may result in account cancellation without further notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. starjoker will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Contact the support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Accounts that have been inactive for a specified period of time may be temporarily deactivated for security purposes. Reactivation can be completed by contacting customer support and verifying your identity.
3. User Obligations & Platform Usage Rules
Users must use the starjoker service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is a serious violation that will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Users are strictly prohibited from using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorized methods to access or interact with the platform. starjoker reserves the right to block accounts and IP addresses detected using such methods.
You are not permitted to distribute unlawful, offensive, or harmful content through any communication feature available on the platform. starjoker reserves the right to remove such content and suspend the offending account without compensation.
Users are responsible for ensuring that access to the platform is made from secure devices and networks. starjoker is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to maintain the security of their personal devices.
4. & Payment Transactions & Finance
All transactions on the starjoker platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made through available local payment methods, including digital wallets such as GoPay, OVO, and Dana, as well as bank transfers through leading banks in Indonesia.
The minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may change at any time and will be displayed transparently on your account's transaction page. Users must verify transaction details before confirming payment, as confirmed transactions cannot be unilaterally reversed.
starjoker reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawal processing if there are indications of suspicious activity or if account verification has not been completed. In such situations, the support team will contact the user for further clarification within a reasonable timeframe.
Transaction fees charged by third-party payment service providers are the user's responsibility, unless explicitly stated otherwise by starjoker. Details of such fees will be displayed before the transaction is confirmed.
5. Account Policy: Suspension & Closure
starjoker reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence of a violation of these & Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or use that compromises the integrity of the platform. This decision is final unless the user can provide evidence to the contrary through the official appeals process.
Users may request voluntary account closure by contacting the customer support team. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable procedures, after the user's identity verification has been completed.
Accounts closed due to serious violations may not be entitled to a refund of any remaining balance, depending on the nature of the violation committed. starjoker will provide the user with a written explanation of the reason for account closure in such situations.
6. Intellectual Property Rights & Third-Party Links
All content on the starjoker platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of starjoker or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or modify such content without written permission from starjoker.
The platform may display links or references to third-party services. starjoker is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Users access third-party services at their own risk and are advised to read the respective terms of service.
Brand names, game logos, and game provider names appearing on the platform are the property of their respective owners. Their use on the starjoker platform is carried out under a valid license or agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
starjoker provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, starjoker is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or other damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform's services.
starjoker reserves the right to change, update, or revise these & Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or through their registered email address. Continued use of the service after such notice is considered acceptance of the changes made.
This & Terms and Conditions document is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms will be resolved through a mutually agreed mechanism or through a competent court in Indonesia.
